Quebec’s training law requires employers to invest in their Quebec employees by means of developing their workforce skills.
Participants of this webinar will learn the essentials on how Quebec employers subject to the 1% training law must first and foremost provide eligible training activities to their employees under the Act. Certain expenses may be claimed based on the type of the eligible activity chosen by the employer.

- the employer’s obligation to promote workforce skills development
- review which types of activities and expenses are eligible under the Act
